IAM Air Transport District 142 represents more than 37,000 active and retired members. The organisation is administered from Phoenix but serves a membership distributed across the country.
The challenge
Representing a membership at that scale means holding a great deal of member information and being reachable when it matters. The organisation needed systems that were dependable and properly protected, supported by a team it could actually get hold of.
What we did
We took on management of the environment so that the district's staff could focus on representation rather than on infrastructure. Member data was secured, and support was put in place with named people rather than an anonymous queue.
- Managed IT support with named technicians
- Protection for member records and communications
- Reliable systems for a nationally distributed membership
- Backup and recovery to keep operations running through disruption
The result
The district's staff have working technology and a support relationship they can rely on, which means members get answers rather than delays.
